I am a creative and driven Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer with over 12 years of experience developing instructional content for organizational goals. My expertise is in curriculum and instruction and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into meaningful solutions.  I am also skilled in project management, coaching, and mentoring. 

Working in the L&D industry fits my love for learning and my passion for creativity. When I am not working,  I am outside in nature, reading a great book, making art, and spending time with family.
